The Phair family would like to send our deepest sympathies to the O'Connor family at this time. Hazel was an amazing woman and great friend to my Mom when she lived on First Avenue in Napanee. I used to love when she would call my Mom and say "I will be over in 5 minutes - put the kettle on". And then she came with some fresh baked goods. An absolutely lovely woman and she will be missed.
